Denmark’s Gruesome Festival: Mass Killing of Whales and Dolphins to prove adulthood (GRAPHIC)

This brutal bloody slaughter (See Pics/Video Below) took place in the Faroe Islands, which belong to Denmark. To initiate into adulthood it is mandatory to kill a dolphin or a whale. The Faroe Islands, sometimes Faeroe Islands, Faroe(s), or Faeroes are an island group situated between the Norwegian Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean, approximately halfway between Scotland and Iceland. The Faroe Islands are a part of the Kingdom of Denmark, along with Denmark proper and Greenland. [ This atrocious slaughter has been practiced since at least the 10th century. Nearly 1,000 are killed annually in the “grindadráp” — whale hunt — typically occurring during summer months.
